If the item is damaged in shipping, please email within 14 days of receiving merchandise. A damaged item will only be exchanged for the same item - no refunds or online credits will be given.

Past the 14 days, once an item has been on the selling floor or sold to a customer, we cannot be responsible for damages since we cannot control how an item was handled.

The item must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging.

All returns MUST accompany the original invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS.
